ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Accutac, Inc. (the Company) warrants to the original purchaser of this product that should the product or any part thereof be proven defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of delivery, such defects will be replaced without charge for parts or labor. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE PRODUCT OR PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN DAMAGED THROUGH ALTERATION, MISHANDLING, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ACCIDENT.
